We are a small team of two producing these items, packaging, fulfilling orders and doing all of the admin work required to run a business so please be patient with us as we have limited time to respond. Most of our products are made to order, if your purchase is time sensitive, please get in touch before placing it so we can give you an estimated shipping date!

We do not offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and reply to your order confirmation email so we can send you new product and issue a claim with our shipping partner.
